Challenge
RegFox is a cloud-based event registration and management platform, with customizable forms, payment processing and attendee management for organizers of any size. The product was strong. Its visibility was not.
In a competitive event management market, RegFox needed a site that would attract new customers rather than only serve the ones already looking for it. The existing experience was neither engaging enough nor easy enough to move a visitor from interest to signup.
Approach
Both teams started by identifying the pain points together, then researched what people actually want from a ticketing site. The answer was not a facelift. It was a new site built around UX and CX, appearance, functionality and a real SEO strategy.
The team took a product-led growth approach, running market research and building customer personas, then using that to drive design, user experience and content strategy rather than guessing. User flows were kept deliberately simple so features were findable in a few clicks.
Conversion work layered in visual cues, icons, clear calls to action and demos. SEO best practice was applied across the content strategy and the web copy itself, so the pages could compete on non-branded terms.
The build ran on Webflow, with custom HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery where the product demanded functionality Webflow alone would not carry. A highly technical product became a site where every part works together.
