Stefan Katanic had expressed a desire for a complete revamp of the company's website.
The objective of this undertaking was to establish a new online identity for Veza Digital that is not only visually appealing and technologically advanced but also provides an accurate representation of the company's values, strengths, and accomplishments.
The timeline for completing the project was extremely short, with a deadline of only one month. One of the major obstacles faced by the team was the fact that the chosen platform Webflow, did not allow multiple developers to work on the same project simultaneously.
This could have created a bottleneck in the development process, but the team was resourceful and found a workaround that allowed both developers to work on the project simultaneously, effectively doubling their productivity.
In addition to the collaborative challenges, the team also had to add numerous custom code solutions and advanced animations to create the ultimate user experience.
This required a great deal of skill and expertise on the part of the developers, but they were able to successfully integrate all of these features into the new design.
Despite the hurdles encountered during the development process, Both Dusan Nedeljkovic (Head of Web Development) and Sasa Kuridza (Webflow Developer & Designer) worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the website was flawlessly executed and optimized for optimal performance. A beautiful redesign with stunning animations was created by Oguz Yagiz Kara (UI/UX Designer).
In addition to ensuring the website's seamless design, the team had to focus on the website's SEO side and overall site speed. Nikola Vujic, (Head of SEO) collaborated closely with the internal team to develop a comprehensive strategy for optimizing the content of their website.
This entailed a thorough review and restructuring of the site's architecture, resulting in the creation of a new site map that was designed to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
The team worked diligently to craft compelling and informative content that was carefully crafted to align with the latest industry trends and search algorithms, ultimately leading to a highly optimized website that effectively showcased Veza Digital's expertise and services.
