Challenge
TSIA had strong domain expertise and an established content library, but visibility across core industry topics remained limited. Key pages covering managed services, field services, and professional services were not consistently aligned with search intent. The content structure made it difficult for search engines to recognize TSIA as a topical authority.
Performance was also affected by instability at the page level. A small number of high-traffic pages drove a disproportionate share of sessions, creating vulnerability to fluctuations. When those pages lost ground, overall traffic dropped sharply.
At the same time, AI-driven discovery was becoming a real acquisition channel. But TSIA's content was not structured for how LLM systems interpret and recommend information. The challenge was to build a system that could: stabilize existing performance, expand authority across priority topics, and position TSIA for visibility in both traditional search and AI-driven environments.
Approach
The approach focused on combining content reoptimization with WAIO (Webflow AI Optimization) principles.
Existing pages were updated to better match search intent, improve structure, and strengthen competitive positioning. New content was developed around high-value industry topics, supported by detailed outlines and benchmarking frameworks.
Technical audits addressed performance gaps, crawlability issues, and indexing consistency, creating a stable foundation for growth.
Content was also structured for machine interpretation. Clear hierarchies, improved formatting, and stronger semantic signals increased visibility across both search engines and AI platforms.
Internal linking connected related topics, reinforcing authority and improving discovery across the site. This combination created a compounding system where updated content, new pages, and technical improvements worked together to expand visibility and engagement.
LLM Performance
Growth is driven by expanded visibility and stronger rankings across relevant queries. Impressions increased significantly, indicating broader reach, while clicks confirmed that the right audience is finding TSIA’s content.
CTR declined slightly, which is expected during rapid impression growth, as content appears across a wider set of queries.
LLM traffic also increased, with engaged users spending meaningful time on site and triggering key events. This shows that content is being surfaced in AI systems and resonates with users who follow those recommendations.
