As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dedicated PPC Specialist to plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and additional platforms for VAN and our agency clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the hands-on paid media specialist for VAN and our agency clients. Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Develop campaign strategies grounded in keyword research, audience analysis, competitive intelligence, and client business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Write compelling ad copy, coordinate creative briefs with designers, and run A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and content teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing programs.
  • Present strategy and results to clients, translating PPC data into business-relevant insights.



Qualifications & Experience
Must-haves:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with full ownership of build, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong campaign execution skills: keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, bid management, and budget pacing.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, GA4, platform pixels, UTMs).
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with clear prioritization and communication.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and presenting performance data to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA discipline and a process-driven approach to campaign management.



Nice-to-haves:

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, or other paid social platforms.
  • Experience with Performance Max and Demand Gen campaign types.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs for closed-loop reporting.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, professional services, or enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Experience with landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Instapage, or similar).
