When Collin Belt started his company in 2018, it was just him and a laptop. He was trying to help brands make sense of how to grow online, not through gimmicks or guesswork, but by building marketing systems that will keep things moving.
Over time, that one-person consultancy became Belt Creative, a fully remote team of designers and strategists trusted by clients in industries like edtech, SaaS and gaming.
This fall, Belt Creative started a new chapter. Veza Digital has acquired Belt Creative, and Collin is stepping into the role of Vice President of Growth for the Veza Agency Network.
He’ll now shape the growth strategy for a group of Webflow-focused agencies that includes Veza Digital, Shadow Digital, Hedrick and future acquisitions.
“Joining Veza is an exciting new chapter for Belt Creative,” he said. “We’ve always been passionate about creating websites that empower businesses to grow, and now I’m thrilled to help drive growth at scale across Veza’s entire network of Webflow agencies.”
From Founder to Network Leader

Belt Creative’s reputation was built on a simple idea: a website should look good, but if it doesn’t deliver results, it’s just an expensive brochure.
The team specialized in Webflow design, SEO, content, and HubSpot automation, blending creative design with data-driven strategy. Their work turned static sites into living systems that attract, engage and convert visitors.
This mix of strategy and creativity is what Veza saw in Collin.
For Stefan Katanic, CEO of Veza Digital and the Veza Agency Network, the acquisition is about more than expanding capabilities. “Collin and the Belt Creative team represent the next generation of Webflow leadership,” he said. “This acquisition strengthens our creative capabilities and places Collin in a group-wide leadership role where his growth mindset and proven track record will accelerate the success of every agency in our network.”
What This Means for VAN Clients
Belt Creative will keep its name and continue to push the envelope when it comes to websites and marketing strategy. The difference is that now the agency has the full strength of the Veza Agency Network behind it. By joining Veza’s network, clients will gain access to more resources, deeper technical expertise and a global pool of talent.
Projects that once relied on a single team’s capacity can now tap into a network of specialists from agencies like Shadow Digital and Hedrick.
“By joining the Veza Agency Network, our clients gain access to deeper technical expertise, enterprise-grade infrastructure and a team obsessed with measurable results,” Belt said. “This partnership allows us to think bigger and move faster than ever before.”
They’ll also have access to advanced Webflow implementations, sophisticated HubSpot integrations and AI-driven optimisation tools, capabilities that can push marketing systems to operate at an enterprise level.
A Vision for Network-Wide Growth

Belt’s new role is focused on designing growth strategies that span all of Veza’s agencies. It’s about bringing consistency to how design, marketing and technology work together.
“Over the past seven years I've learned that real growth happens when design, marketing and technology work in unison,” he said. “My goal at Veza is to translate that philosophy into network-wide playbooks that help our clients scale faster and more profitably.”
Those playbooks will blend Webflow’s design flexibility with proven marketing methods: SEO, paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization and content. Standardising these across the network will help every agency deliver predictable, measurable results.
Belt also plans to integrate Veza’s AI-driven optimisation tools, giving clients access to proactive consulting and techniques that anticipate digital shifts rather than react to them.
Building Something Bigger
For Veza, bringing Collin into a leadership role is part of a larger vision: building a network of agencies that combine creative excellence with operational strength.
Stefan Katanic calls it a blueprint for a “blue-chip Webflow Agency”, one that can deliver world-class marketing systems at scale without losing the craft that made them trusted partners in the first place.
For Belt, it’s both a continuation and a leap. He’s still working with the clients he’s grown with, but now with the mandate, and the backing, to shape growth far beyond a single agency.
