As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager / Growth Partner who can own client relationships end-to-end — balancing trust, delivery awareness, and commercial outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, delivery alignment, and account health. While Project Managers support execution, this role ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, risks are surfaced early, and clients experience clarity instead of chaos.

What You’ll Do
Client & Account Ownership
- Own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
- Lead status calls, planning sessions, roadmap discussions, and strategic check-ins.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for client trust, clarity, and satisfaction.
- Represent Veza confidently — setting expectations, pushing back when needed, and protecting delivery quality.
- Translate client goals into clear priorities without over-promising or under-scoping.
Delivery Awareness (Hybrid Coverage)
While PM support exists, this role is expected to cover key delivery fundamentals:
- Ensure scope, assumptions, and success criteria are clearly defined and documented.
- Validate timelines and resourcing internally before committing externally.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early — not after they become problems.
- Track and follow up on client inputs, approvals, and feedback.
- Surface and manage scope creep before it impacts timelines or margins.
Account Health & Growth
- Monitor account performance across KPIs, scope, budget, and utilization.
- Flag risk to renewals, margins, or delivery health early.
- Identify expansion opportunities rooted in real client needs — not upsells for the sake of upsells.
- Partner with leadership on renewals, long-term planning, and strategic growth.
- Act as a Growth Partner to clients, not just a messenger.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- 3–6+ years experience in Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles within a digital agency, SaaS, or product-led environment.
- Proven ability to lead client conversations independently — including scope, timelines, trade-offs, and difficult discussions.
- Strong understanding of how web, design, and development work is actually delivered.
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid AM / light delivery role when needed.
- Clear, direct communicator who avoids ambiguity and closes loops.
- Proactive mindset — you anticipate risk instead of reacting late.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in multi-agency or multi-brand environments.
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar delivery stacks.
- Exposure to retainers, renewals, and long-term account planning.
- Experience partnering closely with PMs, delivery leads, and sales leadership.
