As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dedicated HubSpot Specialist to own and optimize the marketing automation, CRM and lifecycle infrastructure across VAN and our clients.

What You’ll Do
- - Be the internal go-to HubSpot expert for VAN and our agency clients. Manage CRM setup, custom properties, views, pipelines, user roles, and data governance.
- - Design, build, and maintain automated workflows: lead nurture journeys, lifecycle pipelines, internal & external notifications, routing, lead scoring, and data-cleanup automations.
- - Create and manage email marketing and newsletter programs: build templates, design campaigns, manage segmentation and personalization, deploy sends, and monitor performance.
- - Collaborate with design, content, Webflow, and account teams to align campaigns and automations with broader client strategy and brand guidelines.
- - Maintain CRM and contact data hygiene: deduplication, normalization, imports/exports, and enforcing naming conventions and property standards.
- - Develop reporting dashboards and analytics to track KPIs - campaign performance, funnel metrics, automation engagement, and lifecycle progression - and provide actionable insights.
- - Provide training, documentation, and support for non-technical team members across VAN and client agencies; help educate internal and external stakeholders on HubSpot best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Must-haves:
- - 2+ years hands-on experience working with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub), with administration and build-out responsibilities.
- - Strong experience in email marketing: template design/build, segmentation, personalization, automation workflows, A/B testing, deliverability, and list hygiene.
- - Solid CRM & data-ops mindset: property management, pipeline/lifecycle design, data quality, imports/exports, reporting and dashboards.
- - Comfortable working with multiple client portals (or multi-brand environments), managing competing priorities, and maintaining clarity across accounts.
- - Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical constructs to non-technical stakeholders, and produce clear documentation and training materials.
- - Detail-oriented, with strong QA discipline and process-driven approach.

Nice-to-haves:
- - HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, CRM Implementation, Automation, etc.).
- - Experience with HubSpot CMS for website builds (website, landing pages, etc.)
- - Basic HTML/CSS familiarity to tweak templates and ensure design fidelity across devices.
- - Experience integrating HubSpot with Webflow (or other CMS), third-party tools (Zapier/Make), and marketing stack components.
- - Background in B2B SaaS, marketing-tech, or long sales cycle businesses.
