TicketSpice is a ticketing platform that serves as an all-in-one solution for event organizers.

They provide everything from event page builders and marketing tools to box office apps, ticket scanning, and reservations, helping their clients save time and money while providing the best possible customer experience. The website's goal was to create a user-friendly and visually appealing platform that would make it easy for event organizers to generate more ticket sales. The Objective

The purpose of this website redesign was to ameliorate the appearance, add new functionality, and enhance speed, security, and search engine optimization. TicketSpice wanted to showcase its offerings in a way that's optimized for conversions and makes it easy for customers to navigate the website.

Our mission was to go deep, optimize the site, and make it credible. We did this by creating a streamlined, intuitive web experience that allows users to quickly and easily find the features they need. We also focused on SEO and content optimization so that TicketSpice could reach as many potential customers as possible.

The Challenge

Our task was to upgrade their website into a world-class event registration platform befitting of their industry-leading software. The team had to take a complex and highly technical product offering, turn it into an engaging website, and make sure that all the pieces worked together. We had to create a professional web design that was appealing, intuitive, easy to use and reflected TicketSpice's brand identity.

On top of this, we also had to ensure that the content management system was robust enough to accommodate the various features offered by TicketSpice. We needed to ensure that customers could easily find the information they needed on the website in order to maximize sign-ups.

The Solution.

We started off by conducting extensive research into the event industry and its competitors to gain a better understanding of what people need from their ticketing websites. In order to get a full grasp of what our client wanted, we talked to some of their customers. What we found led us to build a completely new website from the ground up that would be quick, safe, and easy for everyone. Streamlining user experience was a priority, so we incorporated user-friendly forms and simplified navigation.

Webflow allowed us to design and create a stunning website with the flexibility to add functionality as needed. Our team used a combination of custom coding, HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery to deliver an engaging user experience that features both visual appeal and smooth interactivity. We also incorporated SEO best practices into our web design to ensure that TicketSpice's website would be easily discovered by customers. The end result? We launched the website with 30+ brand-new pages, significantly increasing their SEO ranking within 5 weeks. The company saw record-breaking sign-ups since its inception 7 weeks post-launch.

ROI-focused elements like calls to action, demos, and comparison tables were also added for maximum conversions.

Finally, we implemented SEO best practices into our content strategy so that TicketSpice’s website would be easily discovered by customers. We also optimized their web copy for readability and clarity. The end result? An intuitive, well-designed website that is optimized for maximum conversions.
