Back in March 2021 - Peter applied to the Veza Digital White-label Program with an idea to start another agency spin-off. Coming from another successful agency by the name of Web Design Consultants, he understood the value of outsourcing the back-end delivery because he can keep his margins, save time and close a lot more deals in less time.
We launched Slidesharks, a design agency specializing in presentation designs. Our team created the website, funnel, Google Ads, set up the CRM, and created a back-end delivery process specifically for this niche.
In addition to the set-up of Peter’s new agency, we helped him structure the cost of the services by including our cost to deliver the work, his margin, and additional money to cover expenses.
March had a total of 4 clients with $13,000 of revenue, not bad for the first month. He paid off his initial investment to get set up and gave the partnership confidence.
