What we are looking for
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to work alongside our Business Development Manager on a multitude of tasks related to generating new clients & partnerships for Veza Digital. This is a growth focused role, and with good performance, our goal would be for you to build a team below you with the strategies & processes you develop with us. You will have a strong, motivated team of marketers, designers, and developers behind you to assist with sales collateral for current campaigns, along with new campaigns you work on with our Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Submit RFPs to various organizations looking for the services we offer
- Prepare sales contracts
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in G-Suite and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledgeable in the Digital Marketing Industry
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
Financial
- This will begin as a 100% commission role. We are always open to negotiation based on your performance - established BDRs at Veza Digital receive a combination of commission, salary, and bonuses.
- You will be selling high-ticket services with a high commission percentage. With understanding of digital marketing + a reasonable level of confidence in your own abilities, you can expect to make around $5,000 in commission per month within the first couple months.
- Many of our services are monthly recurring - so when you sell services like these, you will continue to earn a commission each month.
This role would begin as remote, with relocation options to come join us in Belgrade, Serbia.
